Postal Connections® “Seals the Deal” through Alliance Formed with PackageHub®

We’re stamping our place as an innovative franchise leader in the $2.1 billion pack and ship industry with the announcement of our co-branding alliance with the PackageHub Business Centers® franchise network.

The strategic alliance was announced at our annual franchise conference, held in conjunction with the 2022 Retail Shippers Expo & Trade Show at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. This addition further enhances our comprehensive range of products and services to support the business and personal needs of the community. The UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet status achieved with the PackageHub co-branding alliance means that all Postal Connections locations will offer customers a choice of all carriers, prices and delivery schedules, as well as, authorized drop-off return convenience and trusted advice from expert staff on the best key vendor options.

The PackageHub nationwide network of 600-plus franchise locations is made up primarily of former independent retailers. Adding the Postal Connections franchise network brings expertise in new unit franchise expansion.

The move strengthens both franchise models without merging or subordinating either company to the other. Postal Connections franchisees maintain their brand identity and franchise status while adding to PackageHub® franchise membership and identity.

New and existing Postal Connections franchisees have the option to join PackageHub, bringing its them the strength of greater size and expertise in dealing with key vendors for favorable wholesale pricing. The PackageHub network offers a key retail distribution channel to consumers for many logistics companies and business services providers. Additionally, PackageHub brings ongoing operational and marketing support and training opportunities.

“This is a deal that delivers new services to Postal Connections franchise outlets and improves wholesale prices and shipping rates,” said Fred Morache, COO of Postal Connections/iSOLD It. “Co-branding is an innovative solution for us as a smaller franchise network to gain muscle to support franchisees locally.”

In addition to the co-branding announcement, awards were also presented to top sales-performing Postal Connections franchisees, including The Franchisee of the Year who advanced the business and brand locally.

New and longtime franchisees are able to learn from each other, and it was truly a reminder of how lucky we are to be in such a strong franchise system with strong performing individuals.”
