The Postal Connections 2016 Franchisee Conference was held August 12-14 in Las Vegas, and included a wide variety of industry related training and educational sessions, as well as ample time for the franchisees/owner operators to bounce ideas off one another. In addition, the conference took place during the Retail Shippers Association Expo, which provided great networking opportunities as the industry’s largest trade show.
And what conference would be complete without awarding some of the year’s top performers? The brand recognized Peter and Susan Pierce, owners of Postal Connections in Bend, Oregon, with the Top Sales Performer Award. The Pierces have won this award more than a dozen times since opening in 2002, and consistently reach new heights for their customers. Additionally, Ann Marie and Darin Marvin, owners of Postal Connections in San Diego, took home the Franchisee of the Year award for their innovative approach to providing unique products and services their customers are looking for. Finally, Rick and Susan Martin, owners of Postal Connections in Hockessin, Delaware, were honored with the Rookie of the Year award. Rick and Susan have a can do attitude and go to great lengths to ensure each and every customer is satisfied. Their store is the first Postal Connections store to offer online sales service through the iSoldit sales system.
